Test Methods and Specifications
Austroads Technical Specification ATS 5860 sets out the requirements for the supply and installation of post installed, chemical anchors (‘Bonded Anchors’) for the purpose of making a structural connection to a concrete member of bridges and tunnels, structural roadway components and other related structural applications. It covers Bonded Anchors with a design life of 50 years or 100 years for the specified in-service exposure conditions (as specified in the Contract documents).
