This test method determines the performance of anti-graffiti coatings and is based on Main Roads Western Australia Testing Method for Anti-Graffiti Coatings 6706-02-2238.
This Test Method assesses the following properties:
- ease of removing graffiti from the coating;
- resistance to damage when the graffiti is removed;
- adhesion of the coating to the substrate;
- durability of the coating, including scratch resistance, burn resistance and weathering resistance; and
- vapour permeability (sacrificial coatings only).
The coating may be non-sacrificial or sacrificial.
