Part 4 presents a range of Austroads information relating to project evaluation inputs. This document provides a source of information on unit costs, and other inputs/parameters, which can be made use of in road project evaluation activities. A wide range of unit values is needed to evaluate all benefits and costs in project evaluation applications as described in Part 2.
