Austroads has published an updated edition of the Guide to Pavement Technology Part 4D: Stabilised Materials.
This webinar will give you an overview of the key changes to the Guide and the significant advances in the areas of stabilisation or road pavements.
The new edition presents the latest practices and guidelines for the selection and design of stabilised materials and reflects the implementation of a number of successful Austroads research projects over the last 10-15 years.
You’ll learn about the improvements to the Guide including guidance on:
- categories of stabilised materials
- binder selection
- mix design of cementitiously stabilised materials
- mix design of lime stabilised subgrades
- mix design of foamed bitumen stabilised materials.
The webinar will be particularly useful for practitioners dealing with the design of new road pavements and pavement rehabilitation treatments.
Join in a live Q&A with our presenter to have your questions answered.
