This report documents the development of interim and preliminary works effects (WE) models for a wide range of maintenance and rehabilitation treatments for Tasmania, South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. The interim WE models are statistically significant and use only statistically significant independent variables. Use of the interim WE models for asphalt overlays is preferred to the calibrated HDM-4 asphalt overlay model.
