Austroads has made significant investments in road safety research. This project will review the road safety reports produced in the last two years and include this information in the Austroads Guide to Road Design. Current information about road safety is included in various research reports that are not easily accessed by those working in the road industry. Combining this information into the Guide will make it easier for road designers to incorporate Safe System and other contemporary road safety practice into their decision making and designs.
